One of the key factors for success in eCommerce is the secure, efficient hosting of an online shop or eCommerce platform, which is always assessed against the latest standards.

With this knowledge and experience in mind, eCommerce Brigade began looking for a specialist hosting provider right from the start-up phase – one that also possessed the specific expertise required for the installation and successful operation of an OXID eSales application.

When we first met at the eCommerce EXPO 2025

And because we also get on well on a personal level, it was a straightforward matter to sign the proposed partnership agreement straight after our visit to the eCommerce EXPO trade fair in Berlin in February 2025, where we also had the chance to meet Martin Beck, Profihost’s partner manager, in person.

Even our very first joint projects have shown us that we work together in a spirit of mutual respect and with a clear focus on our goals. The information and partner tools provided to us by Profihost enable us to collaborate very efficiently.

Furthermore, the dedicated and professional Profihost support team assists us on a daily basis with their extensive experience in our projects, enabling us to provide our customers with the best possible service.

June 2026: Kick-off and partner meeting in Hanover

A particular highlight of our partnership took place in June 2026, when Peter Behrens, together with Christian Müller and Fabian Severin, attended the kick-off meeting for the OXID 7.4 migration project at our mutual client, A.-W. HEIL & SOHN GmbH & Co. KG in Hanover.

In addition to this highly productive meeting of all those involved in the project, we took the opportunity to hold our first joint partners’ meeting at the premises of Profihost GmbH in Hannover Laatzen. As such, the day proved highly valuable for both sides and thus marked a successful milestone across the board in our steadily developing partnership.
